Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- SMS notification with tracking number and courier details
- Email confirmation with tracking link (if email provided)
- WhatsApp update for customers who provide a WhatsApp number

๐ฆ Delivery Process
What to expect:
- Before delivery: Our courier will call to confirm your availability and delivery time
- At delivery: You'll receive a call from the dispatch rider when they arrive
- For Cash on Delivery: Please have exact change ready as riders may not carry large amounts of change
- For Mobile Money: Ensure you have completed payment before delivery
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If delivery fails after two (2) attempts due to:
- Wrong or incomplete address provided
- Recipient not available at the provided location
- Phone number unreachable or incorrect
The order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be contacted to arrange redelivery at an additional fee of 15 GHS.

- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, public holidays, courier issues) may cause delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- P.O. Box Addresses: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address with landmark for easy navigation.
- Working Hours: Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Sunday and public holiday deliveries available for express service only (additional fee may apply).
